As of a few years ago, you could order a table at a park restaurant. Today, you can order your meal and it will be waiting for you when you sit down at the table. Disney is testing this feature at parks now. The trend is clear – deeper experience planning and customization. In the past, you planned your theme park visit at the “level of the forest” and today you can plan it at the “level of the trees.” What you see now is a work in progress – major changes are afoot.
